Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it’s okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

COVID-19 Notice: Some packages may experience a 1-2 week shipping delay, as our logistics partners try to circumvent global lockdowns.

This also may affect our ability to offer Free Shipping to some countries. We have added the option of private couriers at checkout.

HANDLING:

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your product is not damaged during transit. azmouz is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to invalid addresses. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees once the package has exited our shipping hub. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a safe and timely manner and in the case of a missing parcel, azmouz will assist in tracking your order.
